4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. ppclub99 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier. ppclub99 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a copy of your MyKad and proof of payment method — before releasing any withdrawal. ppclub99's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
